SOAPSKART’S COLD PROCESS SOAP MAKING METHOD?

Sometimes referred to as the “Lye Soap Making Process”, cold-pressed soap bars do not require any extra heat to create. Nonetheless, it is worth noting that once lye mixes with natural oils, some heat is generated. The process of mixing lye, water, and essential oils of your choosing is known as saponification. The resulting mixture is allowed to cure for about a month for all the ingredients to consolidate. 

Unlike regular bar soaps, cold-pressed soap bars are not detergents. They do not contain lathering agents and other chemical products that are harsh to the skin. On the other hand, regular bar soaps such as so-called “antibacterial” or “antimicrobial” soaps are known to contain a chemical compound called triclosan.
